AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

If any watch is found to be non-authentic by any reputable authentication service, a full refund is issued. No restocking fee. No time limit on this specific claim.

30-DAY MECHANICAL WARRANTY

Watches sold as running and accurate are covered for 30 days from delivery. Any mechanical issue within that period — not caused by damage or mishandling — is covered. Service arranged and paid by Munaro. Watches sold as-is or for service are excluded from mechanical warranty.

Every eligible watch comes with a way back.

Eligible watches are sold with a written buyback commitment — a fixed figure Munaro will honour for twelve months from the date of sale, provided the watch returns in its documented condition with original box and papers. The figure is quoted individually at the time of sale and stated on your Buyback Certificate, provided with your invoice. Returns are inspected before payment, which is issued within fifteen days. Full terms are set out on the certificate.

Every image on a listing is of the actual watch — not stock photography. Condition is graded honestly before anything is offered. More images or details available on request before you commit to anything.

THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION

Available on request through our South Florida-based authentication and escrow partner. Cost is the buyer's responsibility. If a piece fails due to something we didn't disclose, the return is accepted in full.
