Coverage

All mechanical timepieces sold through Munaro Gallery as retail sales include a six-month limited mechanical warranty, beginning on the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser.

The warranty covers internal mechanical movement defects or failures arising during proper and normal use, where the failure is not attributable to customer-caused damage or another excluded cause.

Potentially covered issues include:

• Internal movement malfunction during normal use.

• Unexpected movement stoppage despite proper operation.

• Significant deterioration in timekeeping performance attributable to an internal mechanical defect.

• Failure of covered movement components under normal operating conditions.

Normal variations in accuracy and power reserve within applicable specifications are not considered defects.

Quartz timepieces are not covered by this mechanical-movement warranty. Any applicable quartz warranty will be disclosed separately.

Warranty Exclusions

The limited mechanical warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by:

Water & Moisture

• Water intrusion due to an improperly closed or unsecured crown.

• Improper operation of crowns or pushers in water.

• Water exposure beyond the watch’s appropriate specifications or intended operating conditions.

• Moisture damage caused by mishandling, accidental damage, or misuse.

Water resistance is not independently guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing following appropriate testing.

Accidental Damage & Improper Handling

• Drops, impacts, shocks, or physical abuse.

• Improper winding, setting, adjustment, or operation.

• Negligence, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer operating instructions.

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or unsuitable operating conditions.

Third-Party Work

• Damage resulting from improper third-party repair, servicing, modification, or replacement components.

Third-party servicing does not automatically void coverage; the exclusion applies when that work causes the claimed problem.

Normal Wear & Maintenance

• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or wear.

• Strap, bracelet, clasp, or crystal damage unrelated to a covered movement defect.

• Routine servicing, ordinary maintenance, or expected wear not caused by a covered defect.

Warranty Claims & Inspection

Customers experiencing a mechanical issue during the warranty period should contact Munaro Gallery with the purchase information and a description of the concern.

The watch may require inspection by a qualified watchmaker or appropriate service provider.

Where inspection confirms a covered defect, Munaro Gallery will arrange an appropriate repair at no charge for the covered repair, or provide another remedy where required by law.

Where the reported problem is attributable to an excluded cause, warranty coverage will not apply to that problem.

Any customer-paid inspection, shipping, or repair fees must be disclosed and approved before being incurred.

Customers should not arrange repairs on behalf of Munaro Gallery without prior authorization if they wish to seek reimbursement under this warranty.

This limited warranty does not restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
