PRIVACY POLICY
Information Collected — Name, email, and phone submitted through inquiry or contact forms. Transaction details necessary to process a sale. Communication records for active transactions.
Use of Information — Used solely to facilitate transactions and communications. Not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Data Retention — Transaction records retained as required by law. Communication records kept for the duration of active business relationships.
RETURN POLICY
Returns accepted under two conditions only:
The item is not authentic as represented
The item is materially misrepresented in condition or specification
All other returns subject to review. May include a restocking fee of 10–15%. Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Buyers are strongly encouraged to film the unboxing as documentation.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless accepted under authenticity or misrepresentation grounds, in which case Munaro provides the return label.
